Mission

Providing Quality Choices For Senior Living

Vision

Our vision is threefold:

  • To be the employer of choice in the Fox Valley for senior care.
  • To be the provider of choice for both senior in-home care and assisted living.
  • To be a resource for senior information needs in the community.

Value

  • We value the uniqueness of the seniors and their "families" we serve.
  • We will provide personal care in a compassionate, professional, and courteous manner to enhance each individual's quality of life and support their "family" needs.
  • We believe no person shall be denied services on the grounds of age, race, creed, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual preference, appearance, disability, or marital status.
  • We believe in being an integral part of the community by providing programs and support responding to senior needs.
  • We believe in remaining an independent, viable, community-responsive, not-for-profit organization.
  • We believe in employing individuals who are skilled in their area of expertise and share Valley VNA Senior Services' values.
  • We believe Valley VNA Senior Services has a responsibility to serve as an advocate for seniors.
  • We believe that volunteers' contributions are important in accomplishing the organization's mission in the community.
