SENIOR LIVING COMMUNITY

Your family…our focus

With you as our focus, Valley VNA 's senior living community offers a variety of services and settings to meet your needs.

Located in southeast Neenah, our community of 92 homes - apartments, studios and suites - provide a comfortable, private atmosphere. From independent living to 24-hour assisted living, you'll feel secure knowing you have access to our highly trained resident assistants and Registered Nurses.  We also have specialized care settings for those with early, middle and late stage Alzheimer's/dementia. If you need short-term respite care, Valley VNA can also provide a temporary place to stay.

Valley VNA's Clinical Services Director (RN) will meet with you and your family, conduct an assessment and help determine the best setting to meet your needs. The Clinical Director will  assist with necessary paperwork and guide you through the move-in process.  Our pricing structure is all-inclusive levels based upon personal and physical needs. We don't require admission, endowment or enrollment fees.

If your health needs change, our ability to administer multi-levels of care enables transition into other settings within our assisted living community. Through regular assessments, we are able to determine the most appropriate care setting to meet your changing physical needs. In the rare instance we are unable to meet your needs, we'll guide you to other resources.

Valley VNA's Life Enrichment team, along with input from our residents, develops activities that meet a variety of resident preferences.

Our caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and resident assistants (RA), focus on care-giving to meet each resident's needs implementing an individual service plan (ISP).  Additional staff are responsible for functional support including homemaking, social events and food service. All resident assistants receive a minimum of 15 hours of in-service education. We also have two RN Clinical Consultants who handle complex medical situations and provide invaluable support in the form of mentoring and training care-giving team members.
