INDEPENDENT & ASSISTED LIVING OPTIONS

If you'd like to live independently, need just a little assistance or want the security of knowing someone is close at hand 24 hours per day, Valley VNA offers a variety of services and amenities which may include meals, a full range of life enriching activities, homemaker services, an emergency call system and a customized plan of assistance. 

Independent Apartments - As a resident, you'll take care of your own apartment and personal needs. Socially, you'll be around people with similar lifestyles and interests and you can take part in a full range of Life Enriching activities. Plus, you'll have the security of knowing additional services are available if you ever need them.

Independent Plus* - Residents have the same options as above, but if you need some assistance, you may receive up to 28 hours per week of personal attention through an individual service plan (ISP). Your personal plan may include bathing services, meal escorts, morning and evening assistance and more. You'll also get three homemade meals a day, weekly homemaker services, access to a full range of Life Enriching activities and outings, health and medication monitoring and a 24-hour emergency call system.

Assisted Living** - Our studio-style apartments are home to seniors who need daily assistance and access to 24-hour care. Through an assessment with an RN, we'll help determine the care plan that best meets your needs.  Our high staff-to-resident ratio means you'll receive the personal attention you need and deserve. Our friendly, caring Resident Assistants provide personal care based upon your individual service plan. You'll also receive nutritional assistance and three home-cooked meals - plus snacks - each day. Residents can take part in a full range of daily Life Enriching activities and outings. Your home will have daily light housekeeping service, along with weekly deep cleaning and a full laundry and linen service.

Each of the 24 one-bedroom studios has a private bathroom and kitchenette, and you can bring in your own furnishings, decorations and mementos to personalize your space. We welcome gathering of your family and friends, day-to-day and for special events, too.
