  • Health or strength issues
  • Problems of loneliness or isolation
  • Concerns about over-burdening family and friends

Valley VNA's In-Home Care program offers  services to seniors in their homes throughout the Fox Valley and surrounding communities. Whether you need companionship, short-term care during a recovery period, or are looking for ongoing care, Valley VNA can help. Our professional staff will focus on you in your home - providing the support and services you need to live independently and safely.

Our Client Care Coordinators (RNs) will meet with you to develop an individualized care plan that is right for you. Valley VNA's highly trained caregivers provide help with household chores, personal care such as bathing and dressing, and specialized care for those with Alzheimer's disease or other dementias. Caregiving services can be provided from short, 1-hour visits up to 24 hours, 7 days per week including holidays. Valley VNA can also provide companionship for people in assisted living facilities, nursing homes and hospitals.

We offer three types of In-Home Care service:

Quick guide to getting started:

  1. Free Consultation: Our Client Care Coordinators will help you determine the type of care that's best for you. We'll work with you and your family to set an individual care plan.
  2. Make a Decision: Once you've decided to move forward with your care plan, you'll complete a service agreement and a few other forms.
  3. Payment Options: In-Home Care services are considered "non-medical", so these services aren't covered by Medicare. Instead, you may choose to pay privately or through county or other special programs. Valley VNA accepts Veteran's Benefits.
  4. Care and Ongoing Communication: During the initial stage of care, you'll receive a follow-up call or visit from our Client Care Coordinator, who will continue to communicate with you regularly about the care you are receiving.
