Getting Started – Five Easy Steps
- Come in for a visit – Our staff will show you living options within our community to help you determine what may work best for you.
- Make a decision – Once you've chosen assisted living, you'll complete application and reservation agreement forms, and make a $250 non-refundable deposit.
- Personal Assessment - You'll receive a detailed health and social assessment involving you, your family and medical professionals to determine the best living arrangements. Placement on a waiting list may be an option. An individual service plan is developed by our professional staff and implemented upon your arrival.
- Payment options – Costs for Assisted Living are not covered by Medicare. Instead, you may choose to pay privately or through county or other special programs.
- Move in – Having chosen your move-in date, we will help you transition into life within our senior community.
