Valley VNA To Hold Flu Shot Clinics

Locations in Neenah, Menasha, Appleton, and Oshkosh throughout October

(Neenah, Wisconsin)—Valley VNA Senior Services will offer public flu shot clinics in Neenah, Menasha, Appleton, and Oshkosh during October. The following four sites will accept both cash and insurance coverage. Flu vaccines are $38.00 for a regular dose and $65 for a high dose. Valley VNA accepts Medicare Part B and Medicare PPO Advantage Plans, most of which cover the cost of the flu vaccine. Participants are asked to bring their health insurance cards with them. Valley VNA Senior Services will not offer pneumonia vaccines this year.

Valley VNA Senior Services at 1535 Lyon Drive in Neenah: Mondays from 9 a.m. to noon on Oct. 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31 and Wednesdays from 4 to 6 p.m. on Oct. 5, 12, 19 and 26.

Menasha Senior Center at 116 Main Street in Menasha: Thurs., Oct. 6, from 9 a.m. to noon.

St. James United Methodist Church, 100 W. Capitol Dr., Appleton: Weds., Oct. 26, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Oshkosh Senior Center at 200 N. Campbell Road in Oshkosh: Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to noon on October 5 and 19.

The following sites will accept only cash payments for flu shots: Heart of the Valley YMCA, Tues., Oct. 18, 8-10 a.m.; Neenah-Menasha YMCA, Thurs., Oct. 20, 8-10 a.m.; and Downtown Appleton YMCA, Thurs., Oct. 20, 8-10 a.m.
