Assisted Living

Dignified Care. Comfortable Living. Peace of Mind.

At Valley VNA, we are dedicated to providing individualized, compassionate care. Our 24-hour assisted living care team gets to know each resident personally as they provide the best in senior care. Our assisted living communities are comfortable and safe, allowing each resident to live life to the fullest.

Access to Quality Senior Care

All Valley VNA resident assistants attend a rigorous initial orientation and training followed by a minimum of 15 hours of in-service education per year. We employ two full-time registered nurse consultants who oversee residents’ complex medical conditions and mentor and train the caregiving team.

All residents have the right to choose their own primary care providers. Our staff works closely with each PCP to establish the best clinical treatment plans. ThedaCare Senior Services also has a designated Nurse Practitioner for Valley VNA Senior Care. This NP makes all of their resident visits on-site at Valley VNA. Any resident is given the option to choose that service. In addition, our staff also works closely with any of the skilled home care or hospice agencies when our residents need that next level of care.
