Community Based Programs

At Valley VNA Senior Care, we believe in supporting the well-being of not only our residents but the entire community. That’s why we offer a variety of community-based programs that are open to the public. These programs—such as foot care clinics, educational workshops, and caregiver support—are designed to promote health, independence, and connection for older adults and their families throughout the Fox Valley. By extending our care beyond our campus, we’re able to meet people where they are and help them age with dignity, comfort, and confidence.

Options and Solutions

This program helps seniors and their families sort through information and services to help them find solutions for their situations. Through a free consultation (a one or two-hour visit), a VNA nurse will meet with you to help you develop a plan that suits your lifestyle and needs. Based on the consultation, you will receive options and recommendations for services in the community such as home-delivered meals, transportation, home care, foot care clinics, life enrichment programming, assisted living, and more! Free.

Valley VNA collaborates with volunteer delivery drives from the Neenah-Menasha Emergency Society and the dietary staff at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center–Neenah to administer this program.
