First and second Monday of each month 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 200 N. Commercial St. Neenah

Second and fourth Tuesday of each month 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at Christ Our Savior Lutheran Church 1860 Wisconsin St. Oshkosh.

Memory impairment life enrichment programming
The program includes morning snack, afternoon snack, and lunch. Dietary needs accommodated.
Personal care support available, including assistance with meals, medication reminders, and bathroom needs.
Caregiver support education & resources provided
Cost $75 per session
