Options and Solutions Visits

Our Options and Solutions Program reaches out to seniors and their families to provide assistance as they look at options and make decisions about their future. With this program you get to work with a knowledgeable RN that will listen to your needs and make recommendations to you on the options available. These visits are personal and are meant to help you learn about options available to you and the solutions to your needs.
