Independent Senior Apartment Living

Alexandrite Manor has 32 individual private senior apartments designed with one or two bedrooms and plenty of living space. In this setting, you choose your ideal level of independence. You’ll be able to stay engaged in your community and continue caring for your own home, but now in a smaller setting. You’ll have the choice of cooking and cleaning your apartment or adding a meal plan and housekeeping services, and we’ll do the work for you.

Each Alexandrite Manor apartment has:

  • A spacious master bedroom and two full bathrooms
  • Hook-ups for a stackable washer and dryer
  • A storage unit
  • Garages, available on request
  • Utilities included, except telephone service
  • A 24-hour emergency call system, available upon request
  • Eat independently, or select meal plan options.
  • Raised garden space to plant veggies or flowers.
  • Note: Pets are not allowed to live on the Valley VNA campus. However, some pets may visit.
