At Valley VNA, we are dedicated to providing individualized, compassionate care. Our 24-hour assisted living care team gets to know each resident personally as they provide the best in senior care. Our assisted living communities are comfortable and safe, allowing each resident to live life to the fullest.
We are Accredited in the Diamond Program with Wisconsin Assisted Living Association (WALA).
We are the first assisted living facility in the Fox Valley to achieve Accreditation in this rigorous program. It is no small feat; it has taken a lot of time and resources, but we believe in the systematic quality process because it proves our first priority is always the safety and care of our residents and staff.
“Valley VNA chose to undertake the challenging, but ultimately prestigious process toward accreditation,” said Jim Murphy, Executive Director of WALA. “Residents and families should recognize WALA Diamond Accreditation as a significant badge of honor and quality in assisted living.” Dennis Yadon, WALA Diamond Program Director added: “I have worked closely for over 3 years with the Valley VNA team to review and help them improve their quality processes. Valley VNA continues to be a leader in the area.
The 24 Sapphire Villa private studio apartments at Valley VNA each have a private bathroom and kitchenette. We invite you and your family to personalize your studio apartment with furnishings, decorations and mementos that make you feel at home.
Valley VNA offers 36 suites for residents experiencing memory and cognitive loss. Our professional caregiving team, including certified dementia care specialists, is committed to providing a safe, familiar and engaging environment to meet each person’s needs. Each memory care suite has a large living/sleeping space and a spacious private bathroom.
Assisted living residents benefit from daily assistance and 24-hour care to ensure optimal health and happiness. Services in Sapphire Villa and the memory care suites of Coral, Amber and Emerald Courts include:
All Valley VNA resident assistants attend a rigorous initial orientation and training followed by a minimum of 15 hours of in-service education per year. We employ two full-time registered nurse consultants who oversee residents’ complex medical conditions and mentor and train the caregiving team.
Both ThedaCare and Affinity Health System have primary care providers (physicians, nurse practitioners and registered nurses) who see patients for routine visits at Valley VNA. This is an optional program designed as a convenience for residents and their families.
