For decades, Valley VNA Senior Care has met the needs of our seniors, and now those needs are changing. Our building requires renovations to ensure people with dementia or increased physical requirements can be safe, avoid injury, and enjoy their surroundings.

Valley VNA Senior Care is asking for your support as we undertake more than a $9 million project designed to enhance the safety and well-being of our residents—your family members, friends, and neighbors—who are experiencing chronic health conditions or various forms of dementia and require 24-hour assistance.

Our project goals:

  • Additions to residential and common areas, which include new apartments to meet increased demand
  • Renovations to existing areas for increased visibility and safety
  • Adapting spaces to changing care needs

Research predicts the population of people age 75+ will increase by 15% by 2025.

To stay competitive and ensure high quality care, Valley VNA Senior Care seeks to update the campus in order to attract new residents and families, and talented caregivers. Residential communities that provide both Assisted Living and Memory Care Assisted Living versus a facility offering one or the other—have higher occupancy and are in greater demand.

Improvements to Valley VNA’s residential community will ensure that it continues to be a family’s first choice for senior living, and can meet the increased demand for its services.

Our residents have rich and fulfilling lives. Some were soldiers, professors, dentists, doctors and farmers. They are parents. This is a place where we honor, support, and love them from sunup until the next sunrise.
